GETTING LICENSE EXP LETTER

Hello everyone,

I have 3+ exp on my indian DL. I am currently in Toronto now. Can i get exp letter from Indian embassy in toronto? will it work? Very confused.
Help me out peeps who have exp and got license. Thanks in advance
