Getting job offer on Work Permit

I have recently landed in Toronto on dependent VISA. My spouse is working on close work permit for one software company. I have applied for Open Work Permit. I am from India and have around 10+ years of exp in software testing roles.
Now when i am applying to Jobs here, companies are asking for Permanent Residence and not allowing me to attend the interview.
Is it possible to get the job in my case or i should go back to India?

Are you just trying for permenant jobs ? What about contracting jobs given the temporary nature of your permit ? Plus you say applied for a permit, unless you are actually in Canada ready to work permit in hand that will be a negative as well regardless of PR status or not.

Looks like a scam. It's not written very professionally at all and there are grammar / sentence structure errors. I've also never seen an application process like this.

If they are asking for any money or your bank account information or anything like that - then definitely a scam.
