Getting error while submitting EOI for OINP international student stream

While submitting my profile I am getting below error please help.

"The passport number you provided has been registered by another user. You may not register using a passport number
registered by another user"

I have one key account and my immigration consultant is trying to connect these account. However ,they are not able to do that.
what should I do

What i think is one key account id is no longer used .
