Getting documents stamped in Canada for , X, Y, Z, and Morocco

I am having trouble with my Canadian employer getting my paystubs stamped.
I am also having trouble getting my record of employment stamped, this is printed off from government website.

I have no idea who stamps these things, or who else can.



This is for marriage in morocco, so if anyone knows if I can get away with no stamps or alternative stamps please say, thanks.

First, why do you need a record of employment or paystumps from a Canadian employer for a marriage in Morocco?
Who asked for these documents?
