I am in dilemaa and i need expert advise and some guidance too and i am really confused stressed panicing and all shorts of thaughts are coming to mind that what should i do or what are my options now ?
Please help here is my suiation
Before my work permit got expired i applied for study permit and during that time my gf(Canadian citizen) decided to get married and we applied for inland spouse alone with open work permit application. after 2 month of marriage i received approved study permit(Sep 2018 Intake). Since my inland sponsership was in process so i decided not to study n took back my fees.
Now my marriage is not working and she wants to divorce me asap
Here are my questions
The current status i have in Canada is not valid bcoz i didn't attend school bcoz my inland application was in process. And i did researched and now its too late to go back to school since 150 days have been passed so techinally my study permit is void/not valid i guees.
I am still elgible for CEC express entry, but i cant apply within Canada bcoz i dont have valid status so is there any way to get valid status in Canada ?
I heard that you can change your study permit to visitor record(Not visitor Visa) if you don't wish to study or not studying. So i went to airport(CBSA) to change my study permit to visitor record but they said they can't do it from here and officer said you need to go at another location and he was not sure that Cbsa will issues me visitor record or not ?
If i eligible to change my study permit to visitor record then where location should i go ? Address and in which days are preferred ? Does anyone has converted thier study permit to visitor record and yes then from where and how it works which documents i needed to show ?
Or i should just go back home and apply for CEC express entry ? Since i dont need to show funds so i am ok with that but will diovrce will affect my CEC application ? Or what if my wife does something to harm my application if i am back home ?
