Getting Canadian visa ASAP

I have submitted my study visa application for Canada (SDS category) on 3rd August 2019.
This is to inform you that my university classes start on 5th September 2019 and I have booked my flight on 2nd September 2019. I haven't got my study visa yet. If I will miss this date, It would be a huge financial loss for me.

I would like to know, Is there any official procedure( i.e. filling online form/contacting visa officer) by which I can get my visa earlier before my class start date?

Unluckily no. IRCC process applications at their own speed. Don’t worry SDS has high success rate. IRCC takes 20 calendar days. You will get your visa on or before 30 august 2019

Why would you book flight tickets before getting visa ?
Unfortunately, there’s no procedure to contact a visa officer.

All you can do is wait.
There are many factors considered when approving/rejecting an application and sometimes an application can take longer to be processed.

You should never book tickets until you get the visa.

Lots of people also get denied a permit through SDS. Always depends on the case. As others have pointed out it is very risky to book a flight without approval plus you apllied very late. Hopefully the tickets are refundable
