Guys if anyone need passport back from Montreal it’s very easy all u need to download form BSF 699 form from refugees board website fill the form fax them simple they will send passport in few days your home hope it helps reason i am posting cos I asked this question many times no one have the answers so I am sure plenty of people going through with same stress yes it’s sound stressful but not anymore it’s easy to get it back .

No procedure is same all over canada to get passport back just because I am living in Montreal so I inquired only about my situation .

[/QUOTE I only fill first part second page it was written office use do I did nothing all they asked name uci seized document which is passport phone number Thas it cos from uci they will have my current status which is permanent residence and withdraw refugee case is also so simple just need to call immigration full form and fax them it seems hectic but it’s super easy as long as u able to talk to immigration .
