Getting an experience letter from a junior employee

I have obtained an experience letter with the requisite details from the HR department. The issue is that it has been signed by someone who is junior to me in the hierarchy with his designation being Jr. Asst. Will that be an issue?

I also have a reference letter from a senior manager, but I don't think he'll cooperate if he gets a call from IRCC.

I don't think it will be, as long as the letter comes from the HR dept.
