Is there any way that Aussie over 30 yrs old can get a normal working visa(work permit)? other that getting a LMO(I know it has been changed, but i just ant remember the new name atm)?

Also, there's another question.

So when i applied my IEC(working holiday), my passport's expiry date was prior to my working holiday expiry date(like 3 months).
My visa paper says it is good to go for two years which is next year January, But the actual expiry date it shows is Oct 1st of this year.

called CIC, and they said it's not a problem, just fill out the form and send it to Case Processing Centre in Alberta.

At the moment, I am trying to fill out the form. There is one this makes me confused,
Before I fill out this form, i need to some test(?) to see if im qualified.

I am not sure which is applied to me.

- i am subject of a removal order that is unenforceable
- i applied for a study or work permit before entering Canada which was approved, but not issued at a port of entry.

I am thinking second one could be a my case.

Does anyone had a same situation like me? Or Do I really need to apply for a totally new work permit? or I need to get a LMO?

Please help me.
