I am living in Vancouver, Canada and an OCI card holder. I have given my mom in India my Power of Attorney to sell a property there. I have heard and not sure, they might ask for a Life Certificate that I am alive here. So was wondering if I can get a life certificate from the Indian consulate here or from any doctor here for that purposes.
I looked up CGI Vancouver but documentation is odd. The link to non pension related Life certificate is broken. So was wondering if anyone has had experiences obtaining for one ?
