Gettin an open work permit for my spouse?

Hi,

I'm just losing patience with My Cic, so if anyone knows pls help me.

I'm trying to send open work application for my girlfriend. She has status, closed work permit for a employer and we are in relationship more than one year and we live together more than one year. I'm skilled worker(noc 7322) I can sponsor her for open work permit. We have all the documents, proofs, whatsoever but when I go to apply online on MyCIC it has only documents for work permit, not for open one.

There should be forms for statuory declaration form of Common law, my passport and wp, proof of living together and joint bank accounts, but it doesnt ask me for anything of that. It just ask for form of Change or extend your stay, family information, passport and photo.
I'm trying for few hours know and whatever I enter it doesnt ask me for my documents.

What I'm doing wrong does anyone know?

Hello Everybody,
I am new here, need help from your knowledge and experiance.
I am a girl from Pakistan and my fiance is in canada on
PGWP(post-graduate work permit). He has recently got a job offer
from a bank. This job does count towards PR(so i guess it should be a type
NOC type A but i am not sure). We want to get married now so my
concern/question is what ia the better/quicker way to get in canada?

- Should I apply as a student in a Universty and come their as a student
and then get married??
OR
- Should I get married first and then apply spouse open work permit on the
Basis of my then husband??

Can please help me and guide me?
I will be grateful for ur valuable replies.
