Get Visa Stamp from CPP-Ottawa office by urself instead mailing ?

Hello Every one,

I applied TRV based on my PGWP on 26th June 2015 ( with in Canada ) ,
That time their website said 19 Days processing time.
Now its been 20 Days, no update on my application still.

Need to know, if i get a visa approval , can i go my self to the CPP-Ottawa office to
get the VISA Stamp on Passport instead mailing it to CPP-Ottawa & they mail me back ?

This will save me a week or 2 time, as i need to travel by next week.
