Hi! My fiance (canadian citizen) and I are planning to get married this Dec (civil wedding). But before that I am thinking to apply first TRV while my status is still single and hoping my visa will be approved. Then we will get married. I'll go back with him and his mom in Canada and apply for Inland sponsorship with OWP. Is there gonna be a problem with that? We really need some help for this.

First challenge will be getting the TRV.

If you get a TRV, your next challenge is getting to Canada - a smaller challenge, but you can't appear to the border officer to be moving. If you get married before coming to Canada and you are asked at the border if you are married, you must tell them you are, and the border officer may deny you entry despite the fact that you have a TRV.

If you can get a TRV and get admitted to the country, provided you have all your documentation, applying for spousal sponsorship inland will not be too difficult.

Please start your own thread, unless your long post is also a TRV application in support of an inland sponsorship. It's rude to hijack someone else's thread
