Get passport back while waiting to be stamped

I just received the RFV email from IRCC today, April 15, 2022. I can only submitted my passport after the Easter holiday here in Australia, however, I planned a trip to overseas in three weeks time. And we all know the visa stamp takes around 4 weeks.

So Is it possible to let the staff know I will need my passport on a certain date and will return the passport when back?

Does anyone have the experience with this?
