I am a temporary resident in BC, Canada by an LMO. I want to get medical insurance (MSP). I am a little bt confused with the application I need to fill. Is it the form HLTH#102 (Application for Enrolment), HLTH#119 (Application for Regular Premium Assistance)? How can I procure the best health coverage for myself?
