Get ITA a few days before eligible for 1 year?

I had a 4days off due to personal reason, however, if the system issued me ITA based on my starting date, should I decline? That would mean I actually have 4 days shortage to be eligible for 1 year and my ITA, but the system doesn't know. My pay stub has 4 working days of salary deducted.

Also, should I count another 4 regular days or another 4 "working" days in order to be eligible for 1 year? Thank you for your help!

4 days, won't matter. But you can delete your profile and create a new one and wait for ITA to be on a safer side.
