which is easier in case of skilled workers,getting accepted in express entry first or apply for online jobs and try to get a job before applying for Express Entry?

Getting accepted in Express Entry is usually easier, unless you apply for jobs in the not-so-popular cities and towns.

Agree with above as it is very difficult to get a job offer from outside the country if that was the OPs thinking whereas if they qualify for EE they could possibly get that timewise before any job turns up.
