Hi I am international student from algeria and I wanna study paralegal or journalism I am hesitating and I wonder which is the best for my studies seneca college or george brown besides the fact that in seneca you can pass from diploma to degree but I dont know if there is in goerge brown I mean pass from diploma to degree
