generic form..who will fill up.,me or my husband?

good day to all of you..,my husband is applying for his permanent residency under the live in caregiver program.,and he listed me and our son as dependents.,the cic already contacted him tru mail and instructed him to wait for the visa office manila to contact his dependents.,last january 17 they sent an email and instructed him to transfer the message and enclosed documents to his dependents.
my question is...

am i the one will fill up the generic form?or him?
the instruction is to send all documents to visa office manila..,
but in generic form,the principal applicant must fill up..

If you read the instructions at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5290ETOC.asp it will tell you exactly who should fill out which form. It states that the principal applicant should fill out the generic form.

thanks leon for the reply...,but my husband told me that he already finished all the paperworks.,and the cic contacted him tru e mail and instructed him to transfer the message to me and the enclosed form including the generic form,that's why im confused

Do the forms what it says in the instructions that you are supposed to fill out, like your background history.
