Generic Application Form (IMM0008) does not have an option to select spouse or common- Law partner in canada class. Please help.

Are you referring to choosing between inland or outland? If so, you do that on the checklist.

And if you are refering to the marital statut, you select what apply to you (Married or Common-Law) in the dropdown box. The checklist should be the one to follow (you get the corresponding checklist depending if you are married or common-law).
