Hi,

I am applying for FSWP with my family from Pakistan. Me spouse is house wife and does not work any where. Can some one guide me what to write in the field Spouse "current occupation" and "intended occupation". Is it appropriate to write house wife. What is the best answer if she is not working and does not intend to there?

Regards,
SBS

They will not ask for her since you are the PA. However, if she intends to work, it would be prudent to,get this done now than later. If you are claiming benefit under the language section, you will have to attach the IELTS for her and cannot send it later.

Yes i am attaching her IELTS score now with my application.... ECA is not done right now as her university is very far and i need to travel a lot for getting the transcripts and sending them..but i am certainly going to do it later on.
apart from ECA we have the work ex certificates..i guess that would be sufficient...

any advice what else could be taken care of right now so she doesnt need to face any hassles while applyin for job there?

There's not much to,do except getting your credentials evaluated and exploring whether she needs to acquire a licence to,work. If yes, what preparations are required for that.

The ECA report will be a good place to start if she really intends to work there later on. But that should not delay your application, if yours is ready you can submit and follow up with hers at a more convenient time.
