That applıcation is at the part of prıncıpal applıcant.so ı want to ask thıs:ın the thırd page says DEPENDANTS .ı am the sponsor.does my husband have to fılll ın thıs thıs part?just me and my husband in thıs procedure and ı thınk ın thıs part he must not wrıte somethıng more.am ı rıght?

as you mention, the generic application form is for the applicant, so the sponsor does not fill this out. If the applicant does NOT have any dependants, then he can write N/A over that portion of the application. If the applicant has dependants (ie: children), he must put that information in the application.
