I have questions.. I will be applying under General category in check list it is mentioned that income tax returns for me and my parents for past 2 years. I have filled returns , I can show returns even though I don't come under tax slab but my parents own agricultural land and they don't file tax.
Question:
1. Is ok to show only my income tax returns (Note: I don't fall on tax slab as my annual income is less than 3 lakh but I have filled returns for visa purpose)
2. As per income tax rule agricultural income is not taxable so parents haven't filled returns. Can I write a letter to visa officer stating above and provide necessary documents.
3. My uncle owns a business he files tax, can I show his returns and deposit in bank account as sponsor? Initially when I submitted under SPP, I never showed any sponsor since I had enough amount for my expenditure. Reasons showing as sponsor is just for income tax returns.
