General Questions about citizenship

Hi,

Good evening. I have few basic questions about the citizenship application -

1> For personal identification, can health card be used as id docuement?

2> Also, my spouse never taken IELTS test, but her graduate level and post graduate level certificates and method of education was in English.So, can those certificate be used as proof of language proficiency?

3> The citizenship photo that we need to be submitted with the application, will those photo be later used with the passport? Or for passport application we need new set of photos?

4>Also I check the current processing time from the cic site is now 5 month. Is it really based on current processing time or is it longer than 5 month?

Sorry for these basic questions. I am just starting to look into the application process and these came to mind.

Processing time for grant of citizenship is 12 months. Not 5 months (citizenship certificate)
