General Or Academic ? For PR.

Hello Friends,

I want to apply for PR of canada. In recently before 2 months I have given IELTS (academic) and I got S-6.5, L-7.0, W-5.5, R-5.5 ,overall 6 bands.

I want to know that, for PR may I apply on academic score? or need to give general test ? if yes, then what's the requirement of scores in each module??
If I get below 6.5(overall),and 6 in each module ,still it is acceptable?

and , May I start my procedures for FSW without IELTS score?

You need to take IELTS General for your immigration application.

Hi, what about for registration in Canadian Nursing Boards? I believe they require the Academic module right? does that mean that I have to take 2 sets of IELTS exam??

1. It appears so, since CRNE requires Academic and CIC requires General.
