GCMS Notes
Hi everyone,
I received my GCMS notes and need help interpreting a few things. Here are my details:
Profile:
∙ Program: Express Entry FSW
∙ Draw: Healthcare Category — November 2025
∙ Biometrics: 25 February 2026
∙ Medical: Passed 19 February 2026
∙ Ghost updates: 8-9 March 2026
∙ No PFL received
∙ No ADR received
My GCMS Notes Show:
Questions:
1. My GCMS shows R75: FSW Minimum Requirements — Review Required but also shows R76: FSW Points — Appears to Meet and Ready to Finalize and RPRF Complete. Does R75 still showing Review Required mean my eligibility hasn’t been fully confirmed? Or does Ready to Finalize override this?
2. My Eligibility assessment shows Review Required on the tracker — but my GCMS notes show Ready to Finalize and RPRF Complete. Has anyone seen eligibility showing Review Required on tracker but still received PPR?
3. Has anyone received PPR with R75 still showing Review Required in their GCMS notes?
4. My GCMS was generated on 6 March 2026. My ghost updates came on 8-9 March — after the GCMS was generated. Could the ghost updates represent R75 being resolved and eligibility being completed?
5. My GCMS shows Potential Visas: 2 and Counterfoil Required: Y — do these fields confirm approval is imminent?
6. For UK FSW healthcare draw applicants specifically — has anyone seen this R75 pattern and still received PPR without a PFL?
7. Regarding my work experience — I submitted alternative documents instead of standard IRCC reference letters because my employers refused or were unable to provide them. My GCMS officer notes state:
“Letter dated 2025-11-27 appears to confirm employment in declared occupation throughout the specified period, and provides a job description which is consistent with the lead statement and main duties as set out in the declared NOC category. Letter confirms salary of £XX/hr. Letter confirms full time employment. FSW Work: 1 year and 7 months.”
My primary employer XX confirmed 1 year 7 months of FSW qualifying experience. I also have a secondary employer XX showing 1 year of FSW work. Under the January 2026 rules I only needed 6 months of qualifying experience. Does the officer’s confirmation of 1 year 7 months from XX employment alone satisfy the FSW minimum work experience requirement? Is my work experience secure given these officer notes?
8. I claimed 3 years of experience for CRS points purposes but only 1 year 7 months was formally FSW verified in my GCMS notes. The officer noted “PA gained points for 3+ years Foreign Work Experience with XX” for CRS scoring. Does the difference between claimed CRS experience and formally verified FSW experience cause any concern or trigger any flags?
Thank you in advance for any help!
