Hlo @Reykhan
CAN YOU GIVE YOUR VALUABLE SUGGESTIONS ON MY CASE...

I am 6 April 2018 FSW -O ,VO-Ottawa applicant from India and Eligibility,Criminality,Infosharing ,Security etc was fully passed on 18 May 18

But my spouse back ground checks which are delaying our case as per recent Gcms notes
My spouse Security is ongoing (started on 18 May 18) ,(3 Activities are blank 12,13 14 before security activity no-15) and s(15)1 on top of page???and s(16)on case analyst page,,criminality -Not started
Info sharing -completed on 18 sept 18(it took 4 months to clear bcoz of
Usa visitor visa refusal,S(15)1on corner

My question is that does it looks like my spouse is in Security screening or it is normal to have 3 blank activities and s(15)1
How can one know that he is in Security screening??and i am unable to find answer for this from anywhere.
Thanks and regards
naaz12
Hi buddy, normally S15 code insinuates security screening. Also, my info sharing took 8 months to clear due to a US visitor Visa refusal 15 years ago. The thing that is a bit surprising is why your wife's criminality is still pending. Normally criminality is passed within couple of weeks of the AOR.

If you want to figure out whether you guys are in SS or not, try ordering CBSA notes. It'll have all the details including dates of when the SS started.

I know so many people who are getting pprs after remed passed like 1 or 2 days later even same day
Its been a week for me and I'm stressed now
I know someone who waited over a month for no specified reasons. But trust me you don't need to stress at all. It's just a matter of time before you'll get the golden email :)

I was just asked to do remeds also, where do I upload the form I got with their request (the IMM 1017E)?
or does the doctor do everything and I don't need to upload anything?

The physician will upload result. You don't need to do anything

Hi All, Does S.15(1) actual mean SS? i have them where security is mentioned in GCMS notes. But when i ask every time they say Security is completed already.

AOR - March 2nd 2018
IP1 - somewhere in April
IP2 - May 6th 2018
ADR - May 8th (POF explanation and asked for IT returns for few years.)
ADR submitted - May 11th ( Gave whatever they asked for)
PPR - Still waiting...

As per GCMS notes ordered twice - All looks good. No negative comments.
Below is email reply from Ralph :

I spoke to IRCC regarding your application received Mar 2, 2018. It is at the Case Processing Center in Ottawa. Standard processing time is 6 months. This means 80% of routine applications are completed within that time frame, while 20% take longer.

Eligibility is in process and advised passed.
Criminality and security passed in May 2018.
Background check has been completed.
Medicals are valid until Jan 17, 2019.

Called CIC 3-4 times and every time they say file looks good and almost everything is completed. It is awaiting final Visa officer approval.
I am being kept with this update since June.

Really getting frustrated and disheartened as I am now nearing 9 months since AOR.

I have been in SS for almost 8 months now. I just saw a profile/application update on my application. Has anyone experienced this before and what does it mean?
