I applied citizenship on Oct 11th, 2017.
My GCMS notes shows a TRIAGE was created 2 days before paper file transfer. No information about the triage was shown.
HOWEVER, a REFUSAL GROUND entry appeared in Finalize Application section.

Article Of The Act: [empty]
Article Description: [empty]

The ASSESSMENTS section is like below:
Knowledge: Not Started
Residence: Not Started
Language: Not Started
Prohibition: Not Started
Security: [empty]
Criminality: Passed

I am quite confused and concerned. How could I get such a refusal ground long before my application date? Especially the assessments are either not started or passed.

Could be an automatic template the program spits out. Do you have any reason to expect a refusal?
I don't have any reason to expect a refusal, and that's why I'm concerned and confused... It does seem an automatic template after reading may kind replies.

Thanks a lot. From this, it seems "NPR time (non permanent resident time) has been used in the calculation of basic residence and the original entry data used does not appear on the IMM 1000, the Confirmation of Permanent Residence or in CIC records." My CoPR shows my landing date as original entry to Canada. I questioned CBSA during landing, but was assured it was supposed to be my landing date.

Received my notes today. Snapshot from Jan 16th, 2018. FWIW, I see a similar Refusal Grounds entry on mine, but it's dated 2017.

Also, the assessments section looks exactly the same as yours.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
It's normal - my notes showed the same thing. Keep an eye out for the mention of "due dates" I received my test around a week after the mentioned due date - which is a rough date that an officer should do a further review of the app.

The due dates that I'm seeing on my notes for "Language, "Knowledge", "Prohibitions" are all set for November 2018. I submitted the application on Oct 13, and due date is past the 12 year mark. Doesn't make sense to me.

Hi, could you also check your due dates on various eligibilities ? Mine are set for November 2018 for some reason. Just curious, if these mean anything.

Due date is maximum target date I guess and triage and refusal grounds appears in many GCMS notes of applicants
