You can Google for an agent that could order these case notes on your behalf.

IMO (and like I had mentioned a year ago), I believe you were refused because you probably did not present your application/circumstances well. I don't think GCMS notes may reveal anything unusual. You may want to re-evaluate your application as a complete package (unemotionally, factually, from a visa officer's perspective) instead

Your US B2 will depend on your circumstances, strong ties, finances, etc

You can order it yourself. You'll need to Google for a service provider. It would cost about CAD 25-30 and take 6-8 weeks
