If I am a Canadian citizen living in Australia and wanting to request my partner's GCMS notes from IRCC, do I have to be physically in Canada to order them online? Or, can I just get his consent form, upload my passport and use my Canadian address in the application when requesting and pay the $5?
Would it be better to get my parents who are in Canada to request the notes on his behalf?
