GCMS Notes????

I have read out somewhere in this forum about GCMS notes that kind of eligibility test for CEC. I was wondering if someone can please tell ne more about this, So i can also check my eligibility for CEC.

It's notes about your application status, after you submit it. It doesn't have any eligibility info and you can't get it before you apply..
