Also, is there any difference between Case Processing Agent and Program Assistant?
My GCMS notes state eligibility passed by both.

@legalfalcon hi I got my gcms notes and in it it mentions special program PRbio what does that mean?

PRBIO refers to the bio data, of eye colour, height etc, collected before the issuance of PR.

[My response does not constitute legal advice and neither does it give rise to any lawyer-client relationship.]

For those who didn't know the Immigration Officer who completed sponsor's eligibility
at CPC-MISSISSAUGA will also review the sponsored person's Eligibility too only after your visa officer has finished reviewing PA'S eligibility on his side.

hello! May I ask if this applies to applications from other classes? Like when in economic, the PA applied with accompanying spouse, do they always review PA eligibility before reviewing anything on the spouse's side?

and also what is the eligibility for the accompanying spouse? are they just assessing the relationship at this 'eligibility' stage or other documents like schedule A?

Thank you!

1. can we just sign the consent form using a pen and then take a clear picture using a phone and upload it? will they accept it?

2. i need to know the status/updates regarding our spouse sponsorship (at what point it is now), which one of the following options should i choose?

3. imm5744e has 2 pages, so after signing the first page, should we submit 1 page or 2 pages? (2nd page is only instructions)

In short, if you don't need ALL of the correspondence including what you submitted, you can choose the first option and that'll be what you need and probably faster.

You can choose either one. The second one will be voluminous and may take longer / have to be sent by post as a compact disc (although believe I heard now through internet, not certain).

Hello, I'm requesting notes (from both IRCC and CBSA) for my PR application where I'm the PA and my partner is my dependent. We are both present in Canada. We want the entire note package including both of us. Please help us with several questions:

1. Are you requesting information on your own behalf? Yes/No
2. Is it still 'Privacy Act' if the info requested includes both the PA and the dependent?
3. Following the 'Privacy Act', it's asking for personal info on the person whose file is being requested. I'm assuming my info (as the PA) should go there. Then what about my partner (dependent)? Should I mention her in the comment section?
4. Consent forms. For the one from IRCC, am I going into sections [1] and [2], and my partner [2.1]? Then for CBSA, [2] and [3] for me, and [4] for my partner?

Thank you

Is his a family sponsorship app? SPR means sponsorship, so your application has been added to that inventory.
