(There's no limit). Most people only need it like 1 or 2 times during their processing.
I'd say order it after 4-5 months intervals if necessary

I dont know, it depends on your file and the agent, but it sure is that he will look at your file again!

No its the date that someone is supposed to review your file. Doesnt mean youll hear a word. Several people have had that date come and go and no update of any sort
