Does anyone know if gcms notes are on time recently? Or a few days behind ?

I ordered mine on August 11. Nothing came on Sept 11, so I sent the ATIP office an email enquiring about the status of my notes. On Sept. 18 they arrived. They never answered my email enquiry. I filled out the complaint form specifying that my notes were overdue and was set to FAX it after 5 business days passed without hearing from the ATIP office, but got my notes before the 5 days.

My experience was that it was a few days late. I would say if they are late, send an email to ATIP and if you don't hear from them after a week think about filing a complaint.

Hey, many congratulations on your eligibility being passed. Thats usually the most important stage.

Could you please share your timeline? and also do mention the date you ordered your GCMS notes!

Your medicals may already been completed and maybe its just not updated in your GCMS for now as usually Medicals is the first step.

Has anyone else made a complaint to the Office of the Information Commissioner about IRCC taking >30 days to respond?

What was their outcome?

Just about to put my complaint in the mailbox.

If others want to make complaints, I might make a form letter for others to submit and I could mail it in on your behalf: I have lots of stamps and letters should take 1 or 2 days to get to Gatineau (Ottawa) from where I am.

I finally got my notes (36 days after).

I had the complaint form all filled out and ready to fax tomorrow if the notes didn't come.

There was nothing out of the ordinary causing the delay .... they are just very backlogged.
Fax it anyway. 36 days > 30 days.

I see the following under assessment (pg 2)

Eligibility- in progress
Criminality- passed
Medical- passed
Security- not started

But I also see under eligibility (pg 6)

Eligibility- recommend passed

So what is it? Could someone please help me understand this?

In notes, I read that "recommended waiver" and the relationship appears to be genuine.

Recommend Pass signifying that lead officer at the embassy is fully satisfied with the relationship then he/she assigns the file back to that first lead officer at CPC Mississauga to also review it for the last time before the status fully change from Recommend Pass to Passed.

Fax it anyway. 36 days > 30 days.

I didn't have to fax my complaint form in because I got my notes 5 days after the 31 days. I was going to wait 2 more days and then send the complaint off. I realize they are backlogged .... no one else's fault other than their own for not having a system to inform people about the status of their applications (but I won't get into my frustrations with that!). I thought I would give them a chance to respond to my email complaint, then file the complaint form. I saw another person who emailed ATIP and did not get a response until 36 days after the 30 day wait period and they told her that her notes will be delayed 60 days (so she had to wait another 30 days or so before she was to get her notes). For crying out loud, her application could be approved by then or she could be called for an interview. So ATIP not processing within the stated time and leaving people in limbo is inexcusable. People paid money to process the notes, so they should process in the time they stated or else it's no different from any other business who don't deliver on goods paid by a customer!!!

FILE the COMPLAINT! Hopefully they will get the message (probably not as it's the government and there is minimal accountability) to deliver on their written word if enough people express their dissatisfaction.

I Ordered my notes since August 8. Sent an email yesterday... Waiting...
