It looks like a standard date. I have it in my sponsor's application as well. I never applied for any visa or anything.

So I received my notes and there don't seem to be much see. But a few things that worry me are

1) My file location says "PA - PUT AWAY" is that like in storage room gathering dust?

2) Under application assignment assigned to and assigned by are blank is this normal?

3) Also I got section 16 under association. my question is if my security hasn't started why do I have this?

Hello Eagle:
We ordered our GCMS notes Jan 12 and received them Feb 10, 2017. Our application has had no issues, everything signed, paid, off, complete, and straight forward. No request for additional information/no review required/requested or interview needed.

According to our GCMS notes, our file has not even been assigned to an officer as of Jan 25, 2017. It states that our paper file location is in Case Assessment-Eligibility. Eligibility, Criminality, and Security are marked as Not Started. Medicals are received and are passed. Medicals expire May 7, 2017. We did notice s. 13(1)(a) and s. 16(1)(a) on 2 separate pages. What does this mean please?

There does not seem to be a BF date, but a Due date is August 9, 2017. can this change at anytime? If so what will prompt the due date change.

Can the due date change at anytime? If so what will prompt the due date change? How do I know Criminal/Background checks are even being perfomed if nothing is being started. I believe you made mention that not started can mean a good thing and that there is no red flag or it can simply mean just that " Nothing has been started". Im heartbroken because the way i see it, our applicaiton has been sitting there untouched for about 6 months now. It shouldnt take us this long, especially when we have a straightforward application. I dont understand and I want to get my MP involved. Other Visa offices and june applicants are flying by with the passport reuests. I just dont understand why the delay?




Can you maybe give your input on my situation. Subject to any of your questions the above noted notes are my submissions.

In the last section/page of ur notes is there a mention of "file held for london pilot project?"

Hi. Sorry for late reply been trying to stay away from here because this who process is just stressing me out and nothing I can do to affect it. There was no new messages in the note. Am gonna wait till end of March to order another note. I may even have ppr by then ;D u never know.

In my notes, it says Criminality - Passed and the validity date is December 2017. Does it mean they will not ask for another PCC if I receive PPR before the validity date?

As I am PR not the Canadian Citizen so I don't under stand why this note is there. Any one who can enlighten me about this please.

Are you living outside of Canada ? as a PR you can't live outside of Canada while the application is process .
Also did you declare that you are Canadian citizen and living exclusively outside of Canada ? if not and I think you did not , then contact your VO to fix it .
they made 2 mistakes on my application in less than a week and they fixed it right away .

Hi,
I was away before filing of application but came back permanently. After this note there is another note which is stating that I am eligible to sponsor and the detail of past and current situation is provided that I enrolled in University etc etc..
