I'm on day 57 today.
So I was thinking which will come first, GCMS notes or PPR since our application will now be on it's 8th month this october.
Last update for us was june3,2016, elligibility recommended pass.
Praying and believing God will always give what our hearts prayed for. :)

We are waiting for an interview date unfortunately.

I was asked to redo the form.

I'm on day 50 today.

I might have got the GCMS notes within 30 days if I wasn't asked to redo. With a redo I think they start the 30 day clock again which they shouldn't do.

It's been 30 days since I was asked for and provided the form

I dont think 30 days from redo lol

If the request takes more than 30 days, do they entertain re-pulling the case notes?

Guyz does it effect your PR application if you request your GCMS notes like every month or 2 months?. I read somewhere an MP saying if you request notes to many times the visa office doesn't like it. Can anyone advise. :-[

It's an entirely different area/department that processes GCMS notes thus has no effect on your file whatsoever. There are numerous people here who request notes literally every month.

I requested notes back on Aug 17 - received an email Sept 12 requesting a signed consent form (representative) I sent off the consent form next day Sept 13 and have yet to hear anything. Looks like they might be back logged with requests .....

Help Guyz

If I am the sponsor(husband) and I am requesting GCMS notes for my wife spousal application do I need to fill out the "consent form IMM5744?. Meaning do I have to have her sign the consent and upload that with my identification docs as needed?.

Quick response is appreciated.

I see people mentioning that their notes are being delayed. Is there anyone who got their notes on time lately?

Hi Eagle & Members,

I have a question about what "LOCATION: FCP Eligibility" means on my 2nd GCMS notes.
(I found it on the 2nd page under ASSESSMENTS, there is section called "PAPER FILE-->LOCATION: FCP Eligibility")
On our 1st GCMS we had "LOCATION: Eligibility"

Background information:
We filed our family sponsor application Nov 2015- Outland.

The following hasn't changed from the 1st GCMS notes to the 2nd (one ordered April and the other in July):
Eligibility:Not started
Security:Not started
Criminality:Not started
Medical:Passed

I appreciate any response.
Thank you,
BlueSapphire

Can you help me?
what is means NRT?
Example.: In my note 7 said: Honduras PC (federal): NRT VU 28/04/2017 Honduras PC (Court) NRT VU 28/04/2017

well, my police records expired on June... so, this means that they extend my records. Its a bad sign???

NRT stands for NO REPORTABLE TRACE, which is a good sign.
