Imablue,
from ur understanding and experience if in a note medicals passed, criminality not started, security not started and no irrelevant/material found and all notes from officer is ok i mean good nd medicals done on july 24, 2015 nd on note says valid till 29/07/2016, what u think or suggest might happen bcos i felt it expires 24/07/2016 nd cic say valid till 29/07/2016.
your contribution needed, though I would like talk with u in private.
thank you

I wouldn't worry about the day the notes say the medical expires.

If your file isn't done by end of July they will likely ask for remedical anyways.

Feel free to send me PM.

I believe the do the assessments concurrently now to speed up processing times.

If you have pass or recommend pass, I don't think they will ask for more relationship proofs.

Hope you get PPR soon.

Thanks ImABule,it will surely come indeed. Thank God.

Thank you Imablue,
I appreciate though I don't have ur email I'd.

My wifes (September 2015 spousal applicant,New Delhi, July 2015 medical) GCMS notes which I received a few days ago says medical expires in July 2016.

My wife is currently in Canada on a TRV ( Issued in March 2016), she did a medical exam in March 2016 for the TRV after she got an IMM1017 form by email.

Why does the medical done in March 2016 not reflect on her notes ? Is it because the medical was done for a different purpose ?

Also, we sent a case specific inquiry/request to New Delhi in late March informing them that my wife is in Canada, her temporary residence address has changed . That info too does not reflect in the notes.

The case specific request also asked them to add my email address and phone number ( number was off by one digit, original paper application had correct email and phone number) to the file. This info too was not shown in the notes.

Two days after the case specific request was made, , in the GCMS notes, I see some "update" was done under "paper file history" section.

Is it possible that they made the requested updates to the file, but its in some hidden portion ( a part of our sponsorship file) that only CIC can access ?

I am the authorized rep for my wife. Could that be the reason why my email address is not shown in the GCMS notes . The notes are from her sponsorship file.

My wife's address didn't include her district or province. We sent CSE asking them to correct it. Corrections are in both ECAS and GCMS, so I don't know why yours aren't.

How long before requesting the notes did you send the CSE?

I sent the CSE 40 days before I made the request for notes.

Not sure why they did not add it.

I have a question regarding notes:

I ordered them and got the notes already. But i was wondering what is the difference between the electronic notes of the immigration or citizenship officer and the application, supporting documents and correspondence.

I ordered last time the electronic notes, was wondering what is the difference between ordering these two?

*Which specific information are you looking for?
Did you know that IRCC can easily obtain the electronic notes of the immigration or citizenship officer(s)? It can result in a faster response to your request. this is the question I am talking about....

Thank you.

The electronic notes are the case file notes of your application.

If you select application and supporting documents you will receive a copy of your entire application you submitted.

Thank you. I know it may have been a stupid question but I was confused-

So the electronic notes is where all the upadtes info would be right? such as eligibility or if criminality have passed...??

It's entirely possible, however every file is different and there is really no way to tell either way whether yours will be completed by a certain time.

Hope you get PPR soon!
