Make an MP request and tell Him or Her to enquire for you if medical is needed on your hand. They may be wasting your time for nothing. You need to find out through an MP what are they waiting for since everything is ready to issue your Visa.

No, I never live or apply for US refugee visa. Strange

Today, I got re-medical request as 1st medical was already expired on 1st week of March 2016 and that medical was "Pass". They asked to do re-medical at the earliest. How do you see this new activity? Is this good sign and should I hope for passport request within 10 to 12 days after completion of required medical examination?

I was just going through my first notes again.

My file was transferred on April 5 and I noticed that the due dates for security and criminality were April 22. Does that mean that that is when they were started?

Your SEC/CRIM starting date should be the Created Date. Check your Criminality assessment you will see it.

I see it was created March 27. Two questions.

1. Why would it be created before SA?

2. Does the due date mean when it's supposed to be done?

Also I am wondering what "no relevant/material info found" in sponsor decision note means?

No relevant /material info found simply means NRT (No reportable trace) in other word everything is good.
That due date is useless and will be updated when everything is completed.
I got to correct this, the Created Date is not the day that background start but it is the date that Mississauga created that portion of that assessment. However the starting date will actually be when Eligibility commence at the visa office or probably few weeks later.

Correct, the words themselves are very self explanatory. NOT STARTED is just routine and easy to swallow compered to Review Required. In 2013 my wife's eligibility said Review Required for 2 reasons: A) I already cancelled a previous sponsorship for my ex. So my current wife's application was rejected later because the divorce's date came after I married my current wife.

So CPC-Mississauga suspected that more attention needed to be paid on my previous case of my ex and my current wife. After it was rejected 1 month later I filed a new application guess what? Eligibility showed NOT STARTED because everything was cleared after the rejection.
