GCMS NOTES WELL EXPLAINED HAS NEVER BEFORE UNTIL NOW

Hello, I’m wondering if your application has progressed at all in recent months? I have the same situation as you: no movement at all since AOR April 5 and Inventory-CP. Primary Office Sydney, Secondary Vancouver.

No movement yet. I am already beyond the average time of 8 months but there is no progress at all.

Les actifs et la situation financière du demandeur ne sont pas suffisants pour justifier le mais déclaré du voyage du demandeur (et de tout membre de la famille qui l'accompagne, le cas échéant). Il existe peu de preuves établissant un lien avec le parrain. J'accorde plus d'importance aux fonds propres disponibles et à l'établissement économique de l'AP/des parents. Le client a fourni une preuve de relation récemment délivrée. Je prends note des fonds fournis par le parrain, mais j'accorde plus d'importance aux fonds personnels disponibles et à l'établissement économique. La situation professionnelle actuelle du demandeur ne montre pas qu'il est financièrement établi dans son pays de résidence.

Hello , I received my GCMS after long wait for PR application July 2023 ,I have same showing like you information sharing 1 - updated Oct 20,2023 - status 1:Ready to Assessd , Status 2: Complete - Not Reviewed. Please let me know how long it was stayed like this if you don’t mind. Very stressful ( 1.5 year now ), Thank you in advance!!

For a supervisa? If so this is a visitor issue not a family sponsorship issue.

I don't think there is much you can do. This means IRCC is waiting to hear back from other parties on background and security checks. Depending on where your parents are from, this can sometimes take an extremely long time since some countries are not cooperative in sharing this information.

Not military but govt background. As per GCMS, do you think her file is stuck in India or in Canada border security? any idea?

The government background is almost certainly what is delaying things. Based on what the GCMS notes say, Canada has requested information from India and that information is still pending, meaning it's stuck with India.

I have under assessments everything passed, and Final: Approved.
Under notes, I have ***Stage 2 Review*** - APPROVED with date 2025/03/24.
Under document issuance, I have a COPR number generated, a print queue number, but with a status of Not Started.

I still have not received any PR portal emails for the eCOPR. Does it normally take so long (over 2 months) to pass this stage?

Last two pages of GCMS shows S22(1)(b)...What does this mean i cant understand..Eligibility shows:Recmmend Interview..

i can't understand can you tell me why did they mention s22(1)(b) on the right corner of last two pages...like when should i expect decision...is my case stuck in security?your reply would really help me.

Hey, did your PR application get approved after that? I also have same section applied for GCMS notes and it means they did not disclose some of the information in GCMS notes, it can be for security checks, background checks or misrepresention or documents verification.

In the summary of my gcms notes said “ security decision referred to cleared officer”, however, It mentioned in security section: Not started
