This was an ATIP and not a PA? Who pays for GCMS notes?!

Hello,

My wife is applying for GCMS notes and she's my sponsor and a canadian citizen. We are confused on this question Requesting information on your own behalf? Yes / No What should we select Yes? or No? In the Consent form IMM5744 we gave Principal applicant info in Section A and Sponsor information in section B and C. Also my wife is in Pakistan right now can we still apply for GCMS?

The answer is No. she is requesting information on your behalf not hers.

Hi

The sponsor is requesting the notes on behalf of the PA. So the answer is no.

PA fills section A and signs. Sponsors info in Section C. Sponsor signs Section C. Section B remains blank.

A citizen can order the notes anywhere in the world.

But on the gcms guide which i found from this form says PA fills secrion A and sponsor fills B and C.
What about the email? Should we use sponsor's email or PA on the web form?

The sponsors email.

As far as I know, Section B is to be completed for applications in which the spouse is included in the PR app.

ohh ok thanks :)

Section C is slightly confusing. This is what I have done:

Part 3: Sponsor's information.

Part 4: PA signature as he/she agrees to release their information to the above sponsor. My reasoning is the form is intented for someone (PA) to release their information to someone else (Sponsor), thus the PA should sign here?

Then again, I am at 60+ days since I requested my notes and still have not received. ImABule has waited even longer than I have. So we both may have completed the form incorrectly?

PA is Section A
Sponsor is Section C.

They rmailed to ask got me to correct the form and gave me that direction.

That said, I'm passed 60 days, and emailed them as we approached 60 to ask what's up...
