Anyone have any idea when someone would hear from ATIP if their consent form was wrong/required? I submitted mine, but it sounded like it may have been filled out incorrectly. My ATIP request is due Sept 22.

Thanks!
Mine sent on aug 19 its due today i was asked to resend the consent on last Friday and i did it on the same day

So I should expect it will be late. It's ok, we just filed a 36-page case update via CSE anyway. It would be cool to see it in there too..

Being asked for a new form does not change the due date. I was asked for a new form and supplied it the following day. On day 31 I emailed asking when I would get my notes and saying they're late. 5 days later I received a response stating they are aware it's late and they have flagged my request as priority. Over a week later.. still no notes.

I was just interested to hear if they will request a new consent form. Tbh, the form is a little confusing. My wife and I both signed it though, so they might just accept it (wrong or right).

I am sorry to hear you don't have notes, still. Are your notes extensive in length?

Speak of the devil .. they have requested a new consent form.

The last notes I received nothing was started.

We were asked for a new form because we didnt both sign the form. My wife filled Section A and entered my information in Section C. They said I'm the rep and need to sign.. but we never sent the use of rep form with our app and cic entered my email and phone under my wife's info anyways and seem to think I'm her rep because I was sent AOR2 and the interview letter instead of my wife. The level of incompetancy is alarming.

Well, if I wasn't incompetent, I would have had both sets of notes I asked for today. I will resubmit the updated consent and we will see how long that takes -- I do have my sponsorship notes though, as requested (they sent them separately).

We have had nothing but problems with IRCC.

This issue with my notes is just the tip of the iceberg.

It's blatantly obvious our application is a real application and relationship genuine. We went above and beyond with the proofs of relationship by sending everything that was stated in the instructions and then some. We sent additional proofs twice and still were placed in queue for an interview.

We still have not recieved our proofs in support of our application back from SVO that they said they sent when we got the interview letter. Others got theirs within 4 or 5 days from SVO.

There are many many mistakes in information in GCMS with our file.

After we married we applied for TRV and study permit and they denied it due to family ties in canada and now they question if we are family when applying for PR.

It's abhorrent how CIC has been handling our case.

I am confused here... I am looking at my sponsor application notes (not terribly interesting), but it says a couple things that bother me. First off, looks like we didn't pay our fees, meanwhile we did submit the receipts with the PR package. What is throwing me off is:
Amount Required (CAD): 475
Amount Paid: 0

There is three of these. Meanwhile this is all tied to a 'payment'. Is that to say that they will just deduct from the Current Balance that they say we have?

Under Family Class Sponsorship Eligibility it states
Eligibility: 1
Status: Not Started

Any ideas?

There should be more entries about the payment. My notes say the same thing but then there is more notes that say same thing but amount paid is the amount due.

You applied inland correct?

I don't know how long sponsor approval takes with an inland app.

We wanted to apply inland... but they kinda need to let my wife in the country for that...

I have a payment of 1115 with a status of "Reserved" and 3 fees. The payment shows the receipt number from when I processed online.

Am I right in believing my sponsorship application is holding our processing up? It does say on myCIC that background checks are in process...

Yeah we applied inland. It's too bad there isn't a way to get her a TRV to visit...

I don't know enough about the inland process to know.

I'm going to Indonesia for a month in mid November. We are going to process a resident visa for Indonesia for me if my wife can get all her ID and papers updated in time.

I hope that works out for the best in your case. I don't like to know families are being kept apart :(.

I found the Eligibility Due Date... Ya, not happening. May 12 2017....

The due date is not when it will be decided. It's merely how long they have. It should be done much sooner.

Thanks... I hope you're right. I am interested to see what is in the other set of notes now..
