I think gcms for FAM takes longer. MY GCMS arrived within 30 days...28th day to be precise.
August 15th - Sept 13. FSW1
Wrong.

It's 30 days no matter what immigration program you apply under.

I was expecting my GCMS notes on Friday, Sept 9 since I applied on Aug 9. I didn't get it. I wrote to them on Monday. Nothing so far. How long does it take for them to get back to you when you follow up after 31 days? Do you need to call them?
They take 5 business days to respond to an enquiry.

I emailed them the day after the deadline and recieved an email this morning stating they are aware the deadline has passed and have "flagged my request as priority". Still no notes though..

I received them after 52 days so wait on it will be coming soon.

I applied on 17 July and received yesterday.
I also applied on 17 July, still waiting. Last week I sent a remainder mail.

Rightback that is a long time to wait.

Anything meaningful in your notes?

Waiting 52 days for GCMS notes??? The intentional 30 days was bad enough. When I applied for PR under CEC category 2 years back, I used to get my GCMS notes like clockwork on the 31st day. Is this delay for everyone or just family category?

ATIP legally has 30 days to respond to requests made under the Access to Information Act and the Privacy Act.

The IRCC is only one government branch these requests are made to.

Guys, on my GCMS notes it says :

Primary office - Centralized intake office
Secondary office - CPC Ottawa

Does it mean my file is being processed at Ottawa?

My LVO is NDVO and I thought it might go there for further processing'/'.

Can anyone give their opinion on it

Sounds like CPC-Mississauga is leading and CPC-Ottawa is backing them up.

Finally, i have just received my CSQ (approved) after waiting for two months and 2 days when it's supposed to take only 25 days. It says on the letter that they sent me that a copy of my wife's CSQ will be sent to the embassy. Should i still send them a scanned copy tru CSE cuz i dont trust them.

Also, since im sending them a copy of our CSQ, should i also send them screenshots of our whatpps conversation even tho we have not been asked (so far) for any additional proof of our relationship? Or should i just wait for them to ask me?

It wont affect your application if you order your gcms notes now. :) are you pretty sure ppr on the way now?
Probably, because December 2015 applicants are getting their PPR this week. Just like last June, MVO released PPR for October and November 2015 applicants. Praying that this will be our month for PPR and visa, too. Keep up my faith. ;D

Please help. I applied for a note last month and I received this reply today.....

Requests made under the Access to Information (ATI) Act require that you be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident or an individual or corporation present in Canada. Please provide proof that you are entitled to make a request under the ATI Act (i.e.: copy of a stamped passport, a valid temporary residence status document, a permanent residence card, a citizenship card, a corporation registration) or we may proceed with your request through an individual who has right of access. In such case, please provide his/her contact information (name, mailing and email addresses), your written consent authorizing him/her to receive your personal information as well as a proof that he/she has right of access.

My wife is with me on a tourist visa from last one month. I am concerned if I change the address on her side will the Outland turns in to inland thus taking longer time . Anyone? Thanks

No, they can't change an outland application into an inland. Also, you can apply for outland PR while in Canada.
