GCMS notes very delayed(issue)

Hello guys

i have ordered my gcms notes for a WP application which was approved, just to see how the process went through and everything because i had few concerns about it, but it has been exactly 30 days today(calendar), but i havent recieved anything except for the email they sent me the day i applied for them, please advice,
