GCMS notes show "failed candidate"

Hi,i applied on march 4 and had 15000CAD in my account. on that day, funds required for 2 person was less than 15000. however, my GCMS notes state "funds requirement: not met". my application hasnt been formally rejected yet though gcms notes show "failed candidate". what should i do now?

CEC or FSW applicant?

CEC and FSW are examined separately in GCMS notes. Make sure you check the correct one. If possible add a snapshot where it says not met (make sure u black out personal info).

Funds for 2 is $15,143. That is the reason why your profile is ineligible.

where exactly does it say failed candidate? Do you think its your funds issue?

At the end of the latest note it says:
NOTE: failed candidate - proof of funds appears not met.
and at the top of the notes (pdf) the summary says that the available funds is CAD 15,000.00.

Also, the supporting documents (bank statements) for financial support displays that the available funds are more than 15,000.00.

manidhatt gave the best advice! I was in exact same scenario. I wrote 12,000 in my application instead of 12,180 or so (Didn't know they updated the funds required). As an FSW Inlander, i got my GCMS notes in June and noticed the comment - "Funds: Appears Not Met. Review Required" even though A11.2 was deemed met!
I was so scared that I sent a CSE and emailed CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca immediately with new bank statement and letter of explanation.
Two weeks after they acknowledged receipt, I got an update on cic to background-in-progress!

I deem this as positive as my initially denied application did not get to background-in-progress.

I am thinking of submitting the same documents as the available funds seen in the bank statements are well above the minimum requirements.
Also, I am mentioning that if they require, I shall submit the updated bank statements.

Dear bamshy,

Did you get any communication after the CSE for the explanation regarding POF ("Funds appear not met").
and any timeline when you received PPR or BG in progress after the completion of fifth month, since my 5th month got completed on July 25, 2016 and still my BG status is "not needed", also no ghost emails since last 3 months.

Hi guys just now i received GCMS notes but when i downloaded and see everything but later is has been disappeared.So where i can see that notes again.When i use my tracking number and try to see again it says Order for the File# E000556633 is complete and you already downloaded the GCMS Notes on 2016-08-09 16:37:06
i checked in my download file too but didn't see there.Anyone help me.
