I requested my notes back in February and got them in mid March. Status shows that the application was approved in late January 2022, COPR shows in print queue, and officer notes state approval and RFV. And yet, nothing. I've called about three times (Feb, March, and July) and each time the call centre agent was very nice but unable to tell me anything more. In the last call, they even seemed surprised that I would be waiting on a portal email for this long. Anyone else in the same boat?
