I sponsored my husband in 2011 and ordered my notes in 2012. I ordered them again last month and waiting for them to arrive. I was looking over the ones from 2012 (quite finely) and I noticed it said this under the MEDICAL heading:

What does that mean??? Does that mean they didn't even consider or look at his medical yet (sent with the file) and only bothered to get to it once it had expired or something? He had it done in November 2011 (when we submitted the file).
