GCMS notes questions: "If Ineligible" and "Info Sharing"

Hello friends, in my recent GCMS notes, there are two sections that confused me if anyone can help:

1. What does If Ineligible mean? I have received Sponsor approval letter in September
2. What does Info Sharing mean?

If ineligible: you ticked a box on your form telling them to continue if you were ineligible. Irrelevant now that you've received sponsor approval.

Info sharing: IRCC shares info, both directions, with various other agencies in Canada and abroad. Mostly this means police record checks with USUKAUSNZ.

So this info sharing is regarding the PA and dependents not sponsor, correct?
I also noticed in the notes that it seems that IRCC was digitalizing the paper files/forms and uploading to the system, hopefully this is a good sign... (just in case another lockdown may occur...)
