Hi all!

I would like to order these GCMS notes that everyone talks about but I have a question. As my wife's representative does applying to get these notes change at all? and how do you apply to even get these notes?

Sorry if my question is fairly basic....just could use a little help ;D

so are you the sponsor? you will need your wife to fill out a consent form allowing CIC to send you her information. She will need to fill out this form - scan it and email it to you - you will then upload it and include it with your request for notes. I don't have the link but just search ATIP on the CIC website and you'll see everything. On the consent form she will fill out section A and sign it and she will also fill out section c with your info - select email option. cost is $5 any questions there are many people here who will help. good luck
