GCMS Notes|| Information needed on INFO SHARING

Received GCMS notes yesterday. Need help on what does status "Ready to be Assessed" means. Also, the status was changed to "Ready to be Assessed" on 2016/09/02. More than 3 months have passed since then but no update to it.
What could be the reasons.

Did you mention you have been refused or granted a U.S visa before?

If yes this is them asking information about you from the U.S.

I have had a history in the below order for US visa.
- L1 Visa granted
- Tourist visa rejected
- Tourist visa granted

So, yes it would be asking for information from the US. But, my main concern is the time. There has been no update for more than 3 months to status "Ready to be assessed".
Due date , validity date have also been crossed.

I guess ready to be assessed means they have received information requested and it is ready to be assessed.

It's sad that due date has passed and they haven't assessed this. There is nothing you can do but hope, or if you are a praying person, then pray that someone come to their senses and work on your application.
