gcms notes, help needed in clarification

My PR application was reach CIO on Sept. 28, 2012 and I received AoR on Nov. 19, 2012. I got my GCMS on March 25, 2013. I guess my experience is useful for you.

The GCMS noted indicates that nothing has started (Security, criminality, eligibility, medical.....) with due date 2013/11/19 (exactly one year after receiving AoR). Further, all the status were updated by the same person (the same code to be precise, JM01158) on 2012/11/19 (the day of AoR) and assigned to one person (code RC-6262).


Note:
1. I applied as a single applicant with no dependents.
2. I found that my NOC code in the GCMS note, that they registered, is different from the one I mentioned in the application. I have sent them an email to correct that but have not yet got any reply.
